Matthew is Pascall+Watson’s Aviation Director and chairman of the British Aviation Group (BAG). Throughout his career, Matthew has developed an in-depth understanding of the key planning parameters that shape both masterplanning and terminal facility planning in the aviation sector. He specialises in managing complex and challenging aviation projects, consistently stepping into leadership roles that require both technical expertise and strategic oversight.


Matthew has led multidisciplinary design teams on numerous large-scale transportation infrastructure projects, contributing to some of the UK's most prestigious and time-sensitive aviation schemes. His expertise has not been limited to the UK alone—his work has spanned across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and the United States, giving him broad international experience and a comprehensive perspective on global aviation challenges.

Since 2017, Matthew has served as a Board Member of BAG, and in 2020, he was appointed Deputy Chair. He leads BAG’s Missions Working Group and has spearheaded several overseas missions. He plays a key role in promoting the UK's airport supply chain capabilities both domestically and internationally, helping to position the UK as a leader in the global aviation industry.
