Jacqui is the current Chair of the Airport Consultants Group (2023–24) and an accomplished leader with 28 years of experience in airport infrastructure, operational transformation, and strategic development. She was elected to the BAG (British Aviation Group) Board in 2016 and continues to serve as an active member. As a former Executive Board member for Southampton International Airport (2003–2006), she oversaw the airport’s masterplan and strategic direction.

Jacqui studied an MSc in Airport Planning at Loughborough University and joined BAA progressing into planning, development and strategy roles during her early career. Now recognised globally as one of the "Women Executives in Aviation, Aerospace & Defence" for consecutive years since 2021, Jacqui has led transformative projects at major airports, including Heathrow Terminal 5, Terminal 2, and the integration of the A380 in collaboration with Airbus, the CAA, and airlines. Jacqui is currently the sector lead for Aviation with a team delivering project solutions for major UK airport clients.

Jacqui is also a dedicated mentor, promoting inclusivity and diversity in the aviation and infrastructure industries. She serves on the British Aviation Group's Diversity & Inclusion expert panel, lectures at universities, and judges the WICE Women in Construction & Engineering Awards. Her leadership continues to shape the future of aviation.
