Rosa leads Mott MacDonald’s work with large energy end users such as airports, ports, water companies and industrial sites. She has over 15 years’ experience in energy, including strategy, business development, policy, consulting and professional services. Her previous career includes the UK Government department for energy and climate change, a FTSE100 energy company SSE and the global law firm Clifford Chance. Rosa is also a Non-Executive Director at the Retail Energy Code Company and the Conservative Environment Network.
