Sam is a partner in the Real Estate team at Trowers & Hamlins solicitors in London.  Sam specialises in acting for airport operators, with over 18 years' experience advising the sector on airport expansion and development and airside leasing, with a particular focus on the role of ESG.  Sam is a regular contributor to trade publications such as Airport Technology magazine, ESG Investor and Airports International magazine, covering in particular use of airport real estate and sustainability in airport expansion.  Sam also has wide experience on all types of commercial property transactions including sales, acquisitions, leasing and leasehold management, acting for investors, landlords, operators and occupiers.
