Rachel Gardner-Poole is a recognised leader in sustainable aviation, transformation, and innovation. She has led major programmes, including chairing a UK Government Jet Zero Council delivery group. A Director of Aviascia, she chairs the Green Aviation Insights initiative for NATS, serves on the Board of the British Aviation Group, and is a Board Advisor to Astroscale, a space sustainability company. Rachel is also Chief Sustainability & Growth Officer at EmPower Flight, a pioneering aviation training provider. Committed to advancing diversity and inclusion across aviation, she is a Chartered Mathematician, former pilot, and was awarded an OBE for services to aviation.
