Arve Krogseth (MSc) is a highly experienced Senior Project Director with deep expertise in leading large, complex infrastructure projects across highways, railways, tunnelling, and airport development. He has extensive experience with modern project delivery models, including VDC, ICE, IPD, Target Value Design and Best Value Procurement, and is recognized for his strong design management capabilities and practical approach to interdisciplinary collaboration. With a career spanning more than 30 years in major national transport and development projects, Arve has played key leadership roles in some of Norway’s most significant infrastructure initiatives. His portfolio includes major projects for Avinor, Statens vegvesen, Bane NOR, Nye Veier, and leading contractors such as Hæhre, Peab and AF Gruppen. Recent work includes senior roles in the New Bodø Airport, Bergen Bybane Phase 5, Hamar Station, Arna–Stanghelle, and multiple large-scale E6 and E18 developments. Arve is known for his strong project execution skills, deep technical understanding, and ability to drive efficient, collaborative processes that ensure high-quality deliveries.
