Aidan Gibson is a Senior Project Manager with extensive experience delivering complex and high value infrastructure programmes at Heathrow Airport. Since 2015, he has led projects across both design and delivery, managing major initiatives including Terminal 4 LV Infrastructure Replacement and the Main Tunnel Refurbishment, overseeing £multi-million scopes in operationally sensitive environments.

In his current role, Aidan manages the Airside Delivery Team and oversees the delivery of approximately £170m of annual capital expenditure, including operationally critical projects such as Runway Resurfacing. He is recognised for his ability to navigate multistakeholder, high risk settings, balancing operational, technical, and regulatory requirements while maintaining safety, quality, and continuity of service. Known for his clarity, calmness, and ability to bring order to complex project environments, Aidan also invests heavily in developing project managers and strengthening team capability.
