Marta Nowotny is a Senior Project Manager at Heathrow, leading a dedicated team since 2025.
She brings extensive experience in infrastructure delivery and development, with a strong focus on team leadership, mentoring, and driving high performance across complex, multidisciplinary projects. She currently manages the Delivery team responsible for major programmes such as the new Virtual Contingency Facility at Heathrow, upgrades to two complex tunnels – the Main Tunnel and Cargo Tunnel, and multiple replacements of critical and complex systems across Heathrow, including those within the Control Tower.
With over 15 years of experience delivering and managing large-scale civil engineering and operational technology capital projects across aviation, rail, and automation industries, Marta has a proven track record of delivering results on time and within budget. She is known for building and leading high-performing, multidisciplinary teams on operationally sensitive programmes.
Marta works by sharing knowledge, supporting growth, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. She has built strong working relationships with Heathrow stakeholders, the airline community, and delivery partners, and is highly skilled in contract management, project reporting, and applying company methodologies to ensure programme benefits are realised.
