Philip Jeyaseelan is a Chartered Project Professional with over 15 years of experience delivering complex capital infrastructure programmes across the aviation and water sectors.

As Senior Project Manager at Heathrow Airport, he leads a £500 million investment portfolio across Terminals 4 and 5, overseeing over 40 projects ranging from security upgrades to asset maintenance. Previously, at Southern Water, he managed the Wastewater infrastructure AMP7 programme, delivering regulatory and maintenance projects across the Southeast. Philip has a proven track record in leading multidisciplinary teams, managing NEC contracts, and ensuring safety, compliance and stakeholder satisfaction.

In addition to his delivery roles, Philip enjoys mentoring emerging project professionals, supporting their development and helping to build future leadership capability in the industry.
