Simon is a Senior Project Manager leading the new baggage handling system for Heathrow’s T2 Baggage Programme. Since joining Heathrow in 2016, he has delivered the Hold Baggage Screening replacement for Terminals 1 and 2 and led the baggage solution that enabled Terminal 5 to handle 10 million additional passengers. Previously, Simon managed complex intralogistics projects for global clients including Amazon, Next, and ASOS. Starting as an Engineering Apprentice, he brings over a decade of expertise in project planning, stakeholder engagement, and risk management. Known for driving results in high-pressure environments, Simon champions collaboration and continuous improvement.
