Liz has 25 years’ experience delivering projects and programmes, spanning major transport infrastructure, digital, and transformation. She has worked on some of the UK’s largest infrastructure programmes and shaped and developed investment propositions for many others. At National Highways, Liz leads National Highways’ response to major change impacting the Strategic Charging Infrastructure, including responsibility for Spatial Planning, National Highways’ response to the most significant aviation and rail schemes, and leading preparations for rapid vehicle charging (for EVs) on the Strategic Road Network.
