Sinisa Galac is an Executive Director with extensive experience leading major aviation and infrastructure programmes in the UK and internationally. He has worked across complex, highly regulated environments delivering large-scale projects with a focus on stakeholder management, operational resilience and delivery certainty. He currently serves as Lead for Major Displacements on the Heathrow Expansion Programme. His expertise includes early contractor engagement, programme integration and practical risk management approaches to improving delivery outcomes.
