Innovation Gateway

Are you a start-up or a SME that has what it takes to tackle the carbon agenda within the aviation sector? Then we have the competition for you!

We are delighted to announce the return of our Innovation Gateway competition for its second year, in association with (Insert British Aviation Group logo)

The airports sector is in need of innovative ideas more than ever before as we look to increase capacity and drive the sustainability agenda to achieve net-0 by 2050.

The carbon agenda and achieving net-0 by 2050 are a high priority for the aviation sector. Around 38 percent of global energy related emissions come from building and construction. Therefore we are looking for tech solution, visionary ideas or innovative ways of working that will help drive a more sustainable performance of airports.

Your ideas should focus on:

  • Design and technology of a project
  • Execution and delivery of a construction project
  • Sustainable maintenance and/or expansion
  • Improving efficiency of existing infrastructure and assets
  • Airport operations
  • Socio economic and environmental

If your organisation has a bold and innovative solution that you believe could make a real difference, then we want to hear from you! Enter by 28 February 2020 and you can showcase your ideas at the conference in May.
