Knut is Partner and Lead designer in Nordic – Office of Architecture in Oslo. Through a substantial diverse portfolio, Knut has gained broad expertise from projects in different scales and scopes. He has been involved in various tourist route projects, commercial masterplans for central Oslo projects and the Archaeological Museum in Stavanger. Recently he has had a lead position in developing the new government quarter in Oslo.
Knut has earlier been a partner and CEO in Tupelo Architecture, and also has previous experience from a number of architectural offices in Paris, London and Oslo. Knut obtained his degrees from Strathclyde University in Glasgow and The Architectural Association in London. He has since lectured at a number of schools, including Oslo School of Architecture and Design and The Royal College of Art in London.
