Tom is an infrastructure planner with over 15 years’ experience across the energy and transport sectors in both consultancy and in high profile government organisations including the GLA and the Planning Inspectorate. Tom leads national infrastructure project work and sector development in Barton Willmore, focused on airport, port and highways projects. Tom specialises in the preparation of Development Consent Order applications and how to design flexibility into planning consents and is currently supporting Bristol Airport with its Master Plan.
Tom is a qualified town planner and holds an Executive MBA from Cardiff Business School. Operating nationally, Tom works with colleagues across Barton Willmore’s 13 offices as well as supporting the National Infrastructure Planning Association’s activities in the South West with the Ports sector.
