The programme follows airport expansion from consent to construction, with sessions on:

• The UK expansion pipeline: where Heathrow, Gatwick, Luton, Stansted and the regional airports have got to, and what comes next
• From consent to site: delivering after a DCO, early contractor involvement and procurement for the next wave of work
• Building next to a live airfield: phasing, airside logistics and keeping operations running
• International lessons: how airports from Quito to North America and Europe have delivered expansion
• Getting there: surface access, rail links and the airport’s place in the wider transport network
• Net zero airports: decarbonising the estate, PAS 2080, energy and the infrastructure for sustainable aviation fuel and electric aircraft
• Digital airports: digital twins, data and asset management across the lifecycle
• People and capacity: skills and supply chain for a pipeline competing with HS2, Sizewell C and the wider national programme
